报告题目：Well-posedness of classical solutions to the vacuum free boundary problem of the viscous Saint-Venant system for shallow waters

报告摘要：We establish the local-in-time well-posedness of classical solutions to the vacuum free boundary problem of the viscous Saint-Venant system for shallow waters derived rigorously from incompressible Navier-Stokes system with a moving free surface by Gerbeau and Perthame. Our solutions (the height and velocity) are smooth to the moving boundary, although the height degenerates as a singularity of the distance function to the vacuum boundary.

报告人简介

王跃循，兰州大学bat365在线平台官网登录教授，博士生导师，国家特聘青年专家。 2010年6月本科毕业于bat365在线平台官网登录数学与信息科学学院，2016年7月毕业于清华大学并获得理学博士学位，2016年8月至2019年8月在挪威科技大学从事博士后研究工作，2019年9月入职兰州大学任副教授，2019年12月至2020年12月在巴黎萨克雷大学做访问博士后，2020年12月任教授、博士生导师。曾应邀到挪威，瑞典，加拿大，德国，美国，俄罗斯，法国做学术访问或参加学术会议或作学术报告。主要从事流体力学偏微分方程与色散偏微分方程的研究，相关结果发表在ARMA、 CPDE、SIMA、JDE等国际数学期刊上。
