报告题目：On the second immanantal polynomials of graphs
报告摘要：The {\em second immanant} of an $n\times n$ matrix $A=(a_{ij})$ is defined as $\displaystyle d_{2}(A)=\sum_{\pi\in S_{n}} \chi_{2}(\pi) \prod_{t=1}^{n}a_{t\pi(t)}$, where $S_{n}$ is the symmetric group on $n$ elements and $\chi_{2}$ is the irreducible character of $S_{n}$ corresponding to the partition $(2, 1,...,1)$.
Let$G$ be a graph with $n$ vertices, and let $I$ and $L(G)$ denote $n$-squareunit matrix and the $n$-square Laplacian matrix of $G$ respectively. The {\em second immanantal polynomial} of $G$ is defined as $\displaystyle \phi(G, x)={\rm d_{2}}(xI-L(G))$.
In this talk, we mainly introduce the research progress of the second immanantal polynomials of graphs.

吴廷增，男，理学博士，青海民族大学教授，硕士生导师，青海省自然科学与工程技术学科带头人，青海省昆仑英才“高端创新创业千人计划”领军人才，青海省中青年骨干教师。兼任教育部师范专业认证专家、中国高等教育学会教育数学专委会常务理事、全国工业统计学教学研究会民族统计与数据科学分会常务理事、中国现场统计研究会多元分析应用专委会理事、青海省数学会副秘书长等兼职工作。主要从事图论与组合优化、复杂网络与数据科学方面的研究；主持国家自然科学基金、教育部项目、国家民委项目、青海省自然科学基金等省部级以上项目7项；在国际主流期刊发表学术论文70余篇。
